Welcome to Clip Art Bundles. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or downloading any digital products from our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Our Products

InformaticaDBS trading as Clip Art Bundles sells digital clip art images and themed graphic collections.

Our products are supplied as digital downloads, generally containing PNG images packaged together in a compressed ZIP file.

No physical products will be posted or delivered.

The contents, number of images, dimensions and other relevant specifications of each bundle are described on its individual product page.

2. Purchasing and Downloading

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital files will be made available for download.

Download instructions or links will be provided through the website or your order confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports ZIP files and the image formats supplied.

Most modern computers and mobile devices can open ZIP files, although additional software may sometimes be required.

If you experience difficulty accessing or extracting your purchased files, please contact us for assistance.

3. Image Usage and Commercial Rights

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchased clip art images are supplied with a royalty-free licence permitting personal and commercial use.

There are no additional royalty payments for permitted uses.

You do not need to credit Clip Art Bundles when using the images.

Copyright and Redistribution

You may incorporate the graphics into your own finished designs and products, including products offered for sale.

However, you may not resell, redistribute, share or offer the original image files as stand-alone digital downloads or competing clip art collections.

You may not claim exclusive ownership of the original artwork.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our products are digital downloads.

Where you have expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your statutory cancellation right once the download or supply begins, you will not be entitled to a change-of-mind refund after supply has begun.

We do not otherwise offer voluntary refunds for change of mind after the applicable cancellation right has been lost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If a purchased file is faulty, corrupted, incorrectly described or cannot be accessed, please contact us.

We will seek to resolve the problem by providing a working replacement or another remedy as required by applicable consumer law.

Our clip art bundles are generally supplied in ZIP format containing PNG images.

Customers should ensure they have suitable software to extract and use the files.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, application or printing service.
